Privacy Policy

Account information. When you register, we collect your email address to create and authenticate your account.

Platform credentials. When you connect a social media platform (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, TikTok), we receive and store OAuth access tokens issued by that platform. These tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. We never receive or store your platform passwords.

Content you upload. Videos and media files you upload to schedule for publication are temporarily stored in our cloud storage (Cloudflare R2). Files are used solely to fulfill your scheduled posts and are not shared with third parties other than the destination platform.

Post metadata. We store information about your scheduled and published posts — including captions, scheduled times, platform targets, and publication status — to operate the Service.

Usage data. We may collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) for security and debugging purposes.

• To authenticate you and operate your account
• To schedule and publish content to connected platforms on your behalf
• To display post history and status in your dashboard
• To send transactional emails related to your account (if applicable)
• To diagnose errors and improve the Service

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your content or posting activity for advertising.

We use session cookies solely to keep you logged in while you use the Service. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or any third-party analytics cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but doing so will prevent you from logging in.

We do not share your personal data with third parties except as strictly necessary to provide the Service — specifically, transmitting your scheduled content to the social media platforms you have explicitly authorized. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data.

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or valid government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Trash Robot Industries, our users, or the public.

QueBlast connects to third-party social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and others) using their official APIs. When you authorize a platform connection, that platform's own privacy policy governs how they handle data on their end. We act as a limited agent on your behalf, publishing only what you explicitly schedule.

Platform connections can be revoked at any time from your QueBlast dashboard or directly through the platform's own account settings.

Your data is stored in the United States. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. We use industry-standard practices to protect your information, including HTTPS for all data in transit.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data and will notify affected users of any breach as required by law.

We retain your account data and post history for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or necessary for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention).

Uploaded media files are deleted from our storage after the scheduled post has been published or cancelled.

Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Revoke platform OAuth connections at any time

QueBlast is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
