Terms of Service

QueBlast is a social media scheduling tool that allows authorized users to connect social media platform accounts, upload or link media, and schedule content for automated publication. The Service is currently in private beta and access is by invitation only.

You must be at least 13 years old to use QueBlast. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at queblastTRI@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to use QueBlast to:

• Publish content that violates applicable law or the terms of service of connected platforms
• Distribute spam, malware, or deceptive content
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Harass, threaten, or harm any person or group
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or any systems
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise misuse the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for conduct we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the Service or its users.

You retain ownership of all content you upload or schedule through QueBlast. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and transmit your content solely as necessary to provide the Service (e.g., storing a video file temporarily in order to publish it on your behalf).

You are solely responsible for the content you publish. You represent that you have all necessary rights and permissions to publish any content you submit through QueBlast, including rights required by connected platforms.

QueBlast integrates with third-party social media platforms via their official APIs. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions, availability, or content policies of any third-party platform.

We may lose API access or have functionality restricted by third-party platforms at any time and without notice. Such changes do not constitute a breach of these Terms.

We provide QueBlast on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled posts may fail to publish due to technical issues, platform API changes, or expired credentials. You are responsible for monitoring your post status and maintaining valid platform connections.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any portion thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We may terminate the Service entirely at our discretion with reasonable notice to affected users where practicable.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, conduct harmful to other users or the Service, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination unless immediate action is required.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at queblastTRI@gmail.com. Upon deletion, your account data will be removed within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

QueBlast does not currently collect payment information. If a paid tier is introduced in the future, separate terms and pricing will be disclosed before any charge is made.

All rights in the QueBlast software, interface, and branding are owned by Trash Robot Industries. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service as described herein.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUEBLAST IS PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION OR ERROR, OR THAT SCHEDULED POSTS WILL BE PUBLISHED SUCCESSFULLY.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRASH ROBOT INDUSTRIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, INCLUDING LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR FAILED POSTS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $50, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trash Robot Industries and its affiliates, officers, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, by email. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you believe that content published through QueBlast infringes your copyright, please send a notice to queblastTRI@gmail.com with the following information: (1) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (2) identification of the allegedly infringing content and where it is located; (3) your contact information; (4) a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized; and (5) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include removing access to the reported content.
